How much does an interior fit-out cost in Dubai?

How long does a project take from concept to handover?
Timelines vary with project size and authority approval complexity, but most commercial fit-outs run a few weeks for design and approvals, followed by several weeks of execution. We give a realistic project timeline once we understand your space and scope.

Do you handle government and authority approvals?
Yes, in-house — we manage submissions to Dubai Municipality, DDA, DCD, DEWA, Trakhees, DIFC and DMCC ourselves rather than outsourcing to a separate consultant, which avoids the miscommunication and delay that often comes with a split approvals process.
